Microsoft Word Training Courses

Microsoft Word Level 1

Students will learn the basic skills necessary to begin using Word. Students will learn how to create and edit documents, use character and paragraph formatting and use page layout features.

This level 1 training course is suitable for people with little or no experience of using Microsoft Word or for people who want to learn the most efficient ways of performing word processing tasks.

Microsoft Word Level 2

Students will learn intermediate Word skills. How to work with styles, work with sections and columns, format tables, print labels and envelopes, use templates, manage document revisions and use Web features.

This level 2 training course is suitable for people with some experience of using Microsoft Word and who want to learn intermediate features, or for people who want to learn the most efficient ways of performing intermediate word processing tasks.

It is not necessary to take our Microsoft Word Level 1 course before taking this level 2 course, although you should have level 1 skills.

Microsoft Word Level 3

Students will learn advanced skills with Microsoft Word. How to perform mail merges, create and use forms, and create master documents and other long documents containing such references as indexes, footnotes, bibliographies and tables of contents. Students will also learn how to create macros, customize the Quick Access toolbar and keyboard shortcuts, and work with XML documents.

This level 3 training course is suitable for people who want to learn how to use the advanced features of Microsoft Word.

It is not necessary to take our Microsoft Word Level 2 course before taking this level 3 course, although you should have level 2 skills.
